When space is at a premium, or your community garden plot is just too far away ... consider re-purposing your old strawberry pot for new uses as we recently did.When the grill is hot and the summer sun sizzles, there is nothing more convenient ... or delicious for that matter, than having fresh herbs at your disposal. I absolutely love this application and my summer favorite dishes are already spicing up.
I have set my Patio Herb pot in close proximity to the grill and planted:
8 Have to Have Herbs
Parsley
Thyme
Cilantro
Basil
Oregano
Chives
Rosemary
Sage
Now ... if I can just keep our new backyard inhabitant, a cotton-tail rabbit, from my herbs ... sigh.
